4. Meditate on Peace as you look UP devotionally-Through the Spiritual Eye. Time is not on your side [[EVERYONE Knows This]], so craft the inner experts into a Lighted form within the Mind and First-Sit With "It." [[Yes, ALL Lights Seen Within Meditation are SENTIENT AND THERE TO HELP. [Please pay attEnTion to Them].

5. Be friendly at all times and fFollow your intuitions, always in Peace.

And that, plainly, is the whole of Permanent Peace: not a state you arrive at once and keep forever without tending, but a door that stays unlocked, waiting for you to walk back through it as many times as the day requires.
