What is Happening
Physical Pain and Meditation
- The Body Scan Bubble as a practice has been my mainstay for dealing with physical pain, alongside a stretching and exercise routine. I learned how to create a Spiritual Bubble through The Monroe Institute and The Gateway Experience; once it is built I simply sit and heal within it. What I endure has been called arthritis, which currently is acting up along the entirety of my spine. Melting into the correct First-Sitting position takes as long as it takes, but Monroe training material has provided me with a surety about the meditation building process.
Shifting From the Physical
The Watcher of Self awakens when one's focus is internalized, looking up through the spiritual eye. And gazing as One Awakened, the multidimensionality of consciousness becomes obvious cognitively. Respecting cognition and the functioning analytical overlay, takes a moment to set aside as asleep, yet paradoxically watching as One of Self.
Multidimensional Awareness takes some time to get used to. After First-Sitting, oriented devotionally to the Presence of God Himself, nervousness and hesitation are also relieved, unable to function any longer oriented thus. The Transfer of First-Focus to the Spiritual Body beyond the body form can be instantaneous. Monroe was correct about the procedural Exit, but I have found this can be done while I'm fully awake and standing on my feet.
Once beyond the body form, I am never alone. There exists the Spiritual Presence of God, of course, yet I am aware of myself as multi-layered: a physical being that I can look back upon from above, while appreciating the Silver Cord attaching my Etheric Body to it; as well as a Higher Form that is One with me. My main interest is Soul Survival, so I travel to where He Points "me," and create with what is Given by the experience.
Writing Books
I am very interested in making my consciousness interests my career, so I have been doing research on the world we share. I've been studying mainstream news, as well as alternative news for creative ideas to write science fiction, and using Claude I am able to write a series Bible that is based on my research of the world very quickly. Claude then writes the books, incorporating some of our shared reality or non-fiction, just to keep me interested. I read and edit the work produced and have been publishing this work under the pen name S.L. Morrow on Kindle KDP. The stories are really well done and do keep me interested, especially because they fictionalize our current reality, coming to some epiphany by the end, really testing what you think you know along the way. The two free books on this website, Psionics and Advanced Psionics were part of my consciousness research to support fiction book writing.
Travel
I am not a world-traveler. Nevertheless, when I was down and had to stay inside, I was so isolated, so I had an epiphany to join Global Penfriends. I've had many pen-pals over the last year and a half, and I will visit a special friend in England in August. Stay safe if you are also traveling this summer, and yes, I am aware of what is going on in the UK. I will be kept safe.
Graduate Graduation
I will be graduating from a graduate program with an MA in English literature and creative writing in September.
